Focused on Retaining Staff

Fair and inclusive workplaces that value and recognize the contributions of minorities and staff are increasingly becoming a priority for organizations, not only to ensure a diverse and fair workplace but also as an important step in aiding retention. Retaining a staff base from diverse backgrounds is essential for creating an environment built around collaboration and understanding. By focusing on retaining staff, organizations are working towards more fair outcomes both within their premises as well as within the wider community in which they operate.

facilitating professional growth for emerging leaders

Strengths-based approaches to leadership development provide emerging leaders with the opportunity to become self-aware and build confidence in their abilities. Strengths are often overlooked, but it is important to recognize and nurture them to foster professional growth as a leader. Strengths-based coaching can be used to support meaningful dialogue and activities, allowing participants to reflect on opportunities for building personal awareness, deepening relationships, and tapping into existing strengths. This process encourages emerging leaders to realize how their unique outlooks, personalities and experiences equip them with the skills necessary for successful leadership roles in their organizations. As they recognize areas of strength the individuals have greater confidence in themselves and are better prepared to take on the challenges that come with leading teams and new projects across various sectors.
