REAL IMPACT
We work at the community level to bring an intentional focus to how access to opportunity has been impacted for underserved communities. We do this work by incorporating the perspectives of people who have been historically excluded. We bring an evidence-based, problem-solving approach to addressing disparities by helping to change processes, design, and planning so that everyone can feel included, have a sense of belonging, and access opportunities equitably.
